The first appointment will take about an hour, including paperwork, consultation, medicine filling, and checkout.

What if I need to change my appointment day or time?
Not a problem! Simply give us a call to cancel your existing appointment and reschedule for a later date and time.
What happens at my appointment?
You’ll have a private consultation with a pharmacist. You’ll talk about your history, condition and symptoms. The pharmacist will recommend a medicine that’s right for you. The first visit will take about an hour, and follow-up visits will usually take less time.
How soon can I get my medicine?
You will be able to buy a 30-day supply of medical cannabis as soon as your consultation is completed and your pharmacist has recommended the medicine that’s right for you.
What if I forget to fill out my self-evaluation forms?
By law, patients need to login to the registry and fill out a self-evaluation form each time before returning for more medical cannabis. Ideally, you should complete this step at home. However, if you forget or it’s hard to get online at home, we have computer stations in our patient care centers for your convenience.
