TELEPHONE WAIT TIME IMPROVEMENTS
We are working diligently to reduce patient and caregiver phone wait times by adding call center staff, streamlining messaging and better leveraging our phone technology.
NEW: ONLINE ORDERING
In addition, beginning next week, Leafline Labs is pleased to offer patients and caregivers the opportunity to order online at leaflinelabs.com
TEXT OPTION FOR CURBSIDE PICK-UP
The curbside delivery process has been a tremendous success. For convenience, we are introducing an option that allows patients to notify us via text – in addition to the initial option of a phone call – when they arrive for curbside pickup. New signs will provide updated instructions.
