Patients who are legal Minnesota residents and have been diagnosed with one of the qualifying conditions are eligible to receive medical cannabis in Minnesota.

The medical cannabis program in Minnesota was designed to grow each year with the addition of qualifying conditions. You may petition the Department of Health to add a qualifying medical condition. The Department will accept petitions beginning June 1 until July 31.
